Unwelcome Conduct Policy
1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Family Night Markets maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of unwelcome conduct, whether occurring in person at market events or through virtual/online interactions related to market activities.
2. Market Authority
Family Night Markets reserves the absolute and sole right to:
- Define and determine what constitutes unwelcome behavior
- Take immediate action against any vendor deemed to be engaging in unwelcome conduct
- Remove and ban vendors from participation in current and future market events
- Make final decisions regarding all conduct-related matters
3. No Refund Policy
Vendors removed from the market due to unwelcome conduct will not be eligible for any refunds of fees paid, regardless of timing or circumstances of their removal.
4. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all forms of interaction including but not limited to:
- In-person behavior at market events
- Online communications related to market activities
- Social media interactions involving market participants
- Any other form of conduct that impacts the market community
