No Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Family Night Markets maintains a strict no-refund policy for all vendor spot reservations and payments. Once a payment has been processed for a vendor spot, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Rationale

This policy exists because:

• Vendor spots are limited and in high demand
• Each spot reservation prevents other vendors from booking that space
• Market planning and logistics are based on confirmed vendor commitments
• Administrative costs are incurred during the booking process

3. Special Circumstances

While refunds are not provided, the following alternatives may be available at management's discretion:

• Rescheduling to a future market date (subject to availability)
• Transfer of spot reservation to another approved vendor
• Credit towards future market dates in case of market cancellation by management

4. Market Cancellation

In the event that Family Night Markets must cancel a market date due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, vendors will be offered credit towards a future market date rather than a monetary refund.

5. Acknowledgment

By making a payment for a vendor spot, vendors acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage all vendors to carefully review their schedules and commitments before making a reservation.
