• Power provision policy

• Reserved rights to pricing policy
• Setup and breakdown procedures

4. Payment and Fees

Vendors agree to:

• Pay all fees in full by specified deadlines
• Accept the non-refundable nature of spot reservations
• Pay any applicable late fees or penalties

5. Liability and Insurance

Vendors are required to:

• Maintain appropriate liability insurance
• Hold Family Night Markets harmless from any claims
• Accept responsibility for any damages they cause

6. Termination

Family Night Markets reserves the right to terminate vendor participation for:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Breach of market policies
• Conduct detrimental to the market
• Non-payment of fees

7. Modifications

Family Night Markets reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
