1. Vendor Commitment

By reserving a spot at Family Night Markets, vendors commit to providing their services and products during the designated market hours. This commitment is essential to maintain the quality and reliability of our market experience for all visitors.

2. Market Commitment

In exchange for vendor participation, Family Night Markets commits to providing:

• Consistent marketing and promotion of the market
• Efforts to maintain and grow visitor foot traffic
• A well-organized and managed marketplace environment
• Fair and equal treatment of all vendors

3. No Show Consequences

Family Night Markets reserves the right to enforce the following penalties for vendors who fail to show up for their reserved spots without proper notice:

• First occurrence: Written warning
• Second occurrence: 3-month suspension from participating in the market
• Third occurrence: Permanent ban from participating in the market

4. Appeals Process

Vendors may appeal any penalties by submitting a written explanation of extenuating circumstances to market management within 7 days of the no-show incident. Each appeal will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
