Reserved Rights to Pricing Policy

1. Absolute Pricing Control

Family Night Markets maintains absolute and sole discretion over all pricing related to vendor spots, services, and any associated fees. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to modify, increase, or adjust pricing structures at any time deemed necessary by market management.

2. Price Change Notifications

While Family Night Markets will endeavor to provide at least one (1) week's notice before implementing any price increases, vendors should be aware that:

• Price changes can occur at any time at the market's discretion
• There are no long-term price guarantees or price-lock agreements
• Current pricing should not be considered as fixed or permanent
• The one-week notification period is a courtesy, not a binding obligation

3. Vendor Acknowledgment

By participating in Family Night Markets, vendors explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

• The market has complete authority over all pricing decisions
• No vendor is guaranteed fixed pricing for any period
• Price increases may occur at any time as determined by market management
• Continued participation following any price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing

4. No Price Negotiation

The market's pricing decisions are final and non-negotiable. Vendors who choose not to accept updated pricing structures may opt to discontinue their participation in the market, subject to any existing contractual obligations.
