No Power Provided Policy

1. General Policy

Family Night Markets does not provide electrical power to any vendor spots or locations within the market area. All vendors are responsible for their own power requirements and arrangements.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

It is the sole responsibility of the vendor, business owner, partner, agent, or employee to:

  • Provide their own power source (e.g., generators, batteries)
  • Ensure their power equipment meets all safety requirements
  • Maintain and operate power equipment safely
  • Keep all power equipment within their designated vendor space
  • Ensure noise levels from generators remain at acceptable levels

3. Safety Requirements

All power equipment must:

  • Be in good working condition
  • Meet local fire and safety codes
  • Have proper ventilation when in use
  • Be properly grounded and protected from weather
  • Have appropriate fire extinguishers nearby

4. Liability

Vendors assume all responsibility and liability for their power equipment and usage. Family Night Markets is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or incidents related to vendor power equipment or electrical systems.

5. Compliance

Failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate removal from the market without refund. Market management reserves the right to inspect power equipment and require changes if deemed necessary for safety.
