No Third Party Control Policy

1. Direct Business Relationship

Family Night Markets maintains direct business relationships with vendor business owners only. We do not engage with or recognize any third-party entities that claim to control, manage, or represent vendors' rights or operations.

2. Independent Vendor Requirement

All vendors must be independent operators. We exclusively enter into agreements directly with business owners and will not utilize any third-party services for vendor scheduling, organization, or management.

3. Communication Policy

The market will not conduct any correspondence or negotiations with third parties claiming to represent vendors. All communication must be directly between market management and the business owner.

4. Policy Enforcement

If the market receives any correspondence from a third party purporting to represent a vendor, we reserve the right to immediately terminate all business relationships with the associated vendor. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain direct and transparent relationships with our vendor community.
