Liability Waiver

By participating as a vendor at Family Night Markets events, you ("the Vendor") agree to the following liability waiver:

1. Assumption of Risk

The Vendor acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with participating in outdoor market events, including but not limited to:

• Weather-related risks
• Physical injury during setup and teardown
• Property damage or loss
• Customer-related incidents

2. Release of Liability

The Vendor hereby releases Family Night Markets, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the Vendor or their property while participating in market events.

3. Insurance

The Vendor acknowledges that they are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for their business activities at Family Night Markets events. Family Night Markets does not provide insurance coverage for individual vendors.

4. Indemnification

The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Family Night Markets against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by anyone on behalf of the Vendor, including attorney's fees and any related costs.

5. Acknowledgment

By submitting a vendor application and participating in Family Night Markets events, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this liability waiver.
